In our travels, we have been all over Florida and found Cocoa Beach to be a exceptional city.  It is artistic, funky, and has a diversified local population.  And these apartments are right on the beach! Cocoa Beach is located about an hour from all the iconic attractions: Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios Orlando.  The Orlando airport is less than an hour away and shuttles run regularly from the airport to your door!  You  are 10 minutes from Cape Canaveral, one of Florida's largest cruise ports, and Kennedy Space Center.  Also within walking distance of excellent/unique restaurants, a jazz club, art galleries, Publix grocery, beautiful public library, post office and coffee shops. Excellent, fast, Internet is provided in the apartments and some other local attractions include, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, The Shark Pit ( live sharks!) and the Dinosaur Shop and Museum.  Don't forget,  you can walk to all these places from your apartment on the beach!  Waking to the ever changing beauties of the sky and sea is a pleasure and inspiration.  The opportunities for creative thought and activities abound.  There is a very active local fine art community with a yearly Thanksgiving weekend city wide art festival, which attracts about 100 artists, showing paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry and mixed media.  Talented musicians are every where and can be heard at the local restaurants and pubs. And for bird watchers this is the perfect place, with parks and protected areas near by.
